High intensity interval training is at our core, with constantly varied functional movements in a group setting where workouts are scalable to your level. We also offer personal training in a proven, one on one approach, and with sports teams of all ages and levels for customized and targeted sportsperformance training. Other offerings such as indoor cycling round out workout options and cardio optimization.
After the Olympics, training at Hardcore Canandaigua CrossFit was a one of the best decisions I have made for my fitness. Being an endurance athlete, often times my power and strength gets neglected. We pushed it to the max – and beyond – every session. Each time, I left class totally exhausted, yet at the same time exhilarated, looking forward to the next session.
